What do I need to do to prepare for my modular building?

Site preparation requirements differ depending on your modular building. For our wheeled or skid-mounted structures, typically only leveling is needed.

How long will it take to build my modular building?

Reduced construction timelines are a significant benefit of modular building practices. While manufacturing durations are variable, modular projects are generally completed up to 50% faster than traditionally constructed buildings. For even quicker solutions, we also offer pre-owned modular buildings that are available for immediate delivery.

Can our modular buildings be relocated?

For flexibility in a future location, you can choose our temporary modular buildings. They are built to the same codes and use the same materials as permanent structures, however come with the added benefit of easy relocation due to their non-permanent foundation.

Are our modular buildings installed fully equipped with electricity and plumbing? 

Most of our portable office buildings are delivered ready-to-use with full electricity, plumbing, and programmable HVAC systems.

Can our modular buildings be delivered to remote locations?
