Modular laboratory buildings are designed in concept to provide the perfect environment for team-based collaborative work. Prefab labs are ideal for a variety of scientific and medical requirements.
Customized Modular Labs for Every Need
Versatile Modular Structures to Ensure Flexibility
Modular constructed laboratories provide a clean and safe atmosphere to meet your organization’s requirements. Wet labs used for biology and chemistry need flexible systems such as ventilation, plumbing, electrical, and technological connectivity. Our modular labs are designed to meet strict requirements for any space need.
Benefits of Modular Construction
Compare the benefits of Modular Buildings over traditional construction.
Modular offices come with many benefits. For one, their time to completion is faster than traditional construction. This allows you to get the space you need in a quick manner, without the hassle. And because they are built in factories, there is less site disturbance to your location.
Another significant benefit of modular buildings is that they're more affordable than site-built construction. If you are looking for a fast and affordable space solution, modular construction may be right for you.

When an entire academic building is being renovated, where can you find a temporary space big enough to accommodate full departments? In this case, the best solution was to have a 27,000 sq. ft. temporary modular building brought to the campus. This is especially true when the campus is operational, requiring that whole departments of faculty and students be relocated during certain phases of the project.
Constructed in Georgia, the 32 sections of the modular laboratory building were delivered to Newark, DE and fitted together on the campus.
During its time at the STAR Campus, the temporary modular building will serve multiple departments as their building renovations are performed.
The temporary building is designed with three separate wings so that the building can be used by one department or divided to accommodate several.
27,000 sq. ft.
The university can lease this large building for as long as they need it and return it when they have completed construction and no longer have any use for it.
Why You Should Consider Portable Science Labs for Schools
In today’s increasingly technological society, STEM research is becoming a more popular and prominent industry. As science and technology continue to grow, these skills become increasingly more valuable not just to science majors, but to all students entering the workforce.
