Waco, Inc. wanted to consolidate several office locations into one central building in Covington, Virginia.
Company management sought to have the consolidation done not only quickly, but also in a cost effective manner, so they chose custom permanent modular construction.
Architectural aesthetics of the building were an important aspect of the building project so BOXX Modular built a 4/12 pitch shingled hip roof; adding an attractive look to the overall design.
The building is installed on a block wall foundation and clad on the exterior with Hardi-lap siding. Waco, Inc. selected pad mount mechanical systems providing a programmable climate controlled environment. The modular building interior finishes include VCG on the walls and VCT tile flooring for durability and easy maintenance in a commercial atmosphere. In just a few short months the company’s administrative, estimating, and project management teams were all up and running in their new custom permanent modular office building.
Privately held with headquarters located in Richmond; Waco, Inc. performs mechanical construction and maintenance services along the East Coast and in the Midwest United States.
