Addressing the Need to Continue Primary Education Through Collaboration & Efficiency
After school buildings in Reading were deemed non-recoverable from flooding damage, the client was met with the urgent need for a swing space to relocate students. As a result, they decided to explore options for temporary classrooms and buildings which would allow them to continue their services while restoration projects took place.
Meeting the client face-to-face, BOXX Modular provided a comprehensive assessment of options and delivered personalized guidance throughout the process. Our technical team’s experience in larger projects and complex installations allowed us to meet the school’s specific site needs and respond to any of the client’s requests no matter how unique.
Providing Personalized & Streamlined Modular Solutions to House Students
Accommodating the displaced students, our team provided a new classroom complex and utilized existing, available spaces within our lease fleet. Doing this ensured students could continue to receive quality education in a safe environment without disturbing the community.
The existing fleet rental units BOXX Modular offered included:
One 138x64 complex with 8 classrooms and restrooms
One 110x64 complex with 6 classrooms and restrooms
One 70x60 cafeteria building
The new 138’ x 64’ building featured 8 classrooms and restrooms.
In addition to the new and existing rentals, BOXX Modular provided the client with a variety of add-ons including full aluminum catwalk access ways with canopies interconnecting each building and rated for the floodway.

Through collaboration and continued support, our team fulfilled the client’s needs by providing a suitable site for students and addressing the fast project pace which was essential for the school to be up and running again in time for its new opening in the Fall.
