Moore County Schools

Moore County Schools, like many other districts throughout the United States, is in the process of renovating and completely reconstructing older school buildings. Pinehurst Elementary was originally built in the 1940s and needed to be entirely rebuilt to appropriately meet the needs of the current student population. The temporary modular elementary school is an interconnected campus of 8 large buildings supplying the school with more than 50,000 square feet for classrooms, offices, a library, a cafeteria, restrooms, and more.

Swing Space

Traditional construction takes at least a year and a half, so Moore County Schools needed a place for the students to attend classes during construction.

Modular Comfort

With classrooms, a library, a cafeteria, and more, students have what they need to learn in a comfortable environment while their new school is being built.

Ease of Leasing

Modular school buildings can be leased, so once the new building is completed the relocatable buildings can be returned to BOXX.
