Moore County Schools
Moore County Schools, like many other districts throughout the United States, is in the process of renovating and completely reconstructing older school buildings. Pinehurst Elementary was originally built in the 1940s and needed to be entirely rebuilt to appropriately meet the needs of the current student population. The temporary modular elementary school is an interconnected campus of 8 large buildings supplying the school with more than 50,000 square feet for classrooms, offices, a library, a cafeteria, restrooms, and more.
