Delaware River Stevedores (DRS) operating at Tioga Terminal in the Port of Philadelphia has a new modular office building.
DRS had a couple different office buildings on site from which they were handling terminal operations.
Recognizing that they would be better off handling all terminal administrative activities from one building, DRS decided to pursue placing a large modular building at the marine terminal. BOXX Modular recently completed their brand new 7,500+ square foot modular office building which allows Delaware River Stevedores to consolidate their office space into one structure.

A turn-key construction project, from floor plan layout to exterior paint colors, the modular office building was completely custom built to exactly meet DRS’s specifications. The building features a highly durable low rib steel exterior finish with a matching two tone paint finish. The project included code compliant decks, steps, and ramps. Site constructed awnings were also included to protect visitors and building occupants from the weather. After a few short months DRS is now able to have their administrative staff all under one roof so that they can more effectively carry out their daily operational responsibilities.
