Deep Down, Inc., a Texas firm specializing in deepwater solutions for the oil and gas industry, had been awarded several new projects and needed to expand quickly.
New office space was essential to accommodate the employees they were hiring.
Due to the speed of the expansion, they turned to BOXX Modular to deliver professional office space on a tight turnaround time.

BOXX Modular's modular system offers clients immediate availability coupled with excellent flexibility. Deep Down was able to choose between modular office building of six offices (36’ x 56’), eight offices (48’ x 56’), or 10 offices (60’ x 56’). Each building also contained two restrooms, a kitchen area, and a large center area designed to accommodate cubicle furniture. Deep Down selected the eight-office modular building, which was completed, delivered, and occupied within 42 days.
