Modular Project City of Groveland Fire Station

Within Groveland Florida, sits 27 bodies of water that make up a fifth of the city’s natural charm and beauty. Due to the location of these lakes, the placement of each fire station is considered, as to not delay response time during service calls.

The Groveland Fire Department provides their community with Fire, Rescue, and Emergency Medical Services. With three strategically located fire stations, their Advanced Life Support fire engines respond to over 2,300 calls a year.

The refurbished building was able to provide 1,200 square feet of comfort to the fire and rescue staff. Groveland’s firefighters now have a relaxing environment and everything they may need, as they await their community’s emergency calls. The renovated building comes equipped with an eat-in kitchen, multiple bedrooms, a storage room, laundry facility, and two restrooms. The entire construction project took less than three months to complete. Their building was delivered a month after contract, and ready for occupancy just 2 months later. On November 2nd, 2020, New Fire Station #3 officially opened.
