The new custom modular medical building is a single story 7,800 square feet with dimensions of 102’ x 72’. Rooftop HVAC units controlled by programmable digital thermostats will provide a high level of comfort for patients as they visit their physicians. Inside the building the floors are finished with a balanced combination of carpet and vinyl tile. HardiePanel used on the exterior of the building provides an attractive look and a high level of durability. Spaces inside the medical clinic reflect that of any other which you might expect, including: exam rooms, nurse stations, an imaging room, a waiting area, private offices, restrooms, and more.
