To alleviate overcrowding, Schiavi Leasing delivered and installed two large modular classroom buildings tailored to the school’s immediate needs. 

The first building, measuring 10,200 sq. ft., includes 10 classrooms and a restroom for boys and girls, equipped with 6 toilets. The second building, spanning 12,104 sq. ft., offers 12 classrooms and a restroom with 8 toilets. Both facilities were seamlessly integrated with the existing campus infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to students and staff during installation.

Modular classrooms are an excellent solution for educational facilities requiring additional space due to renovation or expansion. These structures can be installed faster and at a lower cost than traditional construction while maintaining the quality and functionality necessary for a productive learning environment.
