Schiavi Leasing is a BOXX Modular company. Since 1989, Schiavi Leasing has been serving education and commercial clients with modular classrooms and offices throughout the northern New England states, including: Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire. Our office and shop facility is located in Oxford, Maine where we store and maintain our lease fleet. Schiavi is a locally operated business with almost all its employees living in the surrounding communities with close proximity to Oxford.
We love the area we serve and we take the time to listen to our clients so we can better understand what your expectations are. There is no hard sales pitch. When our clients are ready we work closely with you to figure out how best we can meet your space needs.
We are honest, hardworking people that will let you know upfront if we are unable to assist you and do the best we can to help direct you to someone that can. We enjoy helping people find answers to their space problems and seeing them thrilled with the end product.
