Perfect solution for accessible modular utility buildings
BOXX Modular offers flexible floor plans and payment options so you can get the space you need
Prefab temporary and permanent buildings provide you with an unmatched product when you need space fast. With compressed construction schedules and tight deadlines, modular buildings provide cost-effective durability at an affordable price, which other space construction solutions just cannot achieve.
Many utilities operate in remote locations that are far from traditional construction companies. With modular construction, this is never a problem since they’re manufactured off-site and delivered to the remote location. Lead times, quality construction, and best practices are maintained, while weather-related challenges and delays are mitigated.
Modular utility buildings and facilities are used in a variety of industry segments:
Petrochemical, Oil & Gas
Natural Gas & Electric Utilities
Water & Sewer Authorities
Benefits of Modular Construction
Compare the benefits of Modular Buildings over traditional construction.
Modular offices come with many benefits. For one, their time to completion is faster than traditional construction. This allows you to get the space you need in a quick manner, without the hassle. And because they are built in factories, there is less site disturbance to your location.
Another significant benefit of modular buildings is that they're more affordable than site-built construction. If you are looking for a fast and affordable space solution, modular construction may be right for you.
Holyoke Gas & Electric
Holyoke Massachusetts is a quaint town in the heart of central Massachusetts, just north of Springfield. The town has a hydroelectric dam, operated by Holyoke Gas & Electric, that produces 30 megawatts of power from the Connecticut River. BOXX Modular provided HG & E with a new 1,250 square foot permanent modular building visitor center to replace a tent that used to welcome visitors. Custom built, the new building provides a welcoming, and comfortable learning environment for visitors, as well as a training area for Holyoke Gas & Electric employees.
