Heinz-Josef (Jody) Werner
Vice President, Modular Space Solutions US
Mr. Werner joined Vanguard Modular Building Systems in November 2000 opening an office in Raleigh, NC as an Area Sales Manager. Mr. Werner started his career in the commercial modular industry in a sales capacity for Space Master Building Systems in June of 1996 until September of 1998 after Space Master was acquired by William Scotsman. He left Williams Scotsman in October of 2000 to start with Vanguard.
Mr. Werner spent the first seven years with Vanguard as an Area Sales Manager until his promotion to Director of Sales in June of 2008. Since that time, he has also held the position of GM & VP of the Southeast Region, VP of Sales, and Sr. VP of Sales. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales, Mr. Werner is a member of the leadership team for BOXX Modular U.S. and is focused on sales leadership, sales team building and revenue generation.
Mr. Werner credits his growth to his mentors, direct reports, employees in the Corporate office along with BOXX Modular’s customers & suppliers. The learning opportunities they have challenged him with have shaped him into valuable team member to help the organization move forward in a positive direction for the future.
Mark Meyers
Vice President, Marketing Services
Mr. Meyers is Vice President of Marketing Services and has been leading marketing services at Vanguard Modular, now BOXX Modular, since 2012. He is responsible for all aspects of BOXX Modular, MPA Services, and Britco marketing strategy, tactical planning, and execution. His refined problem-solving skills, business acumen, curious creativity, and acute understanding of data analytics and client needs have made him an invaluable part of the company's team.
Mark joined Vanguard, now BOXX Modular, in 2001. He was young, but immediately began to standout and flourish as his career in the modular building industry developed. During his tenure with Vanguard Modular, he has successfully garnered an extraordinary level of respect for being decisive, knowledgeable, and effective in communications throughout all levels of the business. Most importantly, Mark makes it a top priority to create a positive impact on everyone he interacts with to ensure customers receive the best experience possible, and to encourage coworkers who form the cultural fabric of the organization.
Mark’s burning desire to always be an effective asset for the organization and make a difference in the lives of others has fueled his successful career advancement. His unique and dedicated experience as Accounting Assistant, then as Field Specialist, Credit Manager, Financial Analyst, Director of Major Project Administration, Vice President of Marketing Services, and Senior Vice President of Marketing Services have thoroughly equipped him for the current and critical role he has within BOXX Modular.
Barbara Bieganski
General Manager, Engineering
Barbara Bieganski is General Manager of Engineering for BOXX Modular U.S. Barbara has over 35 years of experience in the commercial modular building industry and is active in both industry-wide and local construction code issues. Since joining Vanguard in 2001 as the Engineering Manager, Barbara constantly increased her skills and expanded her knowledge to attain the position she now holds.
Barbara received her AS degree in Architectural Drafting and holds an OSHA 10 Hour Construction Certificate. Her areas of expertise are: Building Codes, Plan Review, and Technical Training.
Barbara’s responsibilities to the sales team at BOXX Modular U.S. are to review technical specifications in bid packages and advise the team of any known conflicts between the applicable Code and the specifications.
Paul Lubertine
General Manager, Construction Services
Paul Lubertine is the General Manager of Construction Services at BOXX Modular, where he oversees the company’s construction division, ensuring the efficient delivery of modular building projects. With more than 30 years of experience in commercial construction and the modular industry, Paul has a proven record for planning and managing complex modular construction projects from concept to completion. Before his current role, Paul served as the Director of Construction and Contract Services, where he played a key role in improving project execution and operational efficiency.
Paul’s strategic insights and hands-on experience enable him to drive growth and improve service to ensure successful project outcomes for BOXX’ customers.
David Sanders
General Manager, Operations MSS US
David Sanders is the General Manager of Operations at BOXX Modular, bringing 25 years of experience in sales, operational management, cost controls, and key project oversight. Since joining BOXX Modular, David has held several leadership roles, including Regional Manager and Major Projects Manager. He currently oversees operations across the United States, ensuring efficient management of resources and assets.
With a background spanning construction and modular industries, David has successfully managed large-scale projects, optimized operational strategies, and led teams to meet client needs across various sectors. David is a past chairman of ABC “Associated Builders and Contractors” and has received multiple construction and modular awards.
David utilizes his strong analytical skills and leadership to increase customer care, improve operational excellence and overall performance.
His ability to manage teams and ensure their successful execution has made him a valuable asset in advancing BOXX Modular’s mission.
Alexander Nguyen
Regional Sales Manager, SW & Lower SE
With over 16 years of experience in the modular building industry and a degree from Penn State University, Alexander Nguyen has held leadership roles in sales, business development, and major projects. As Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest and Lower Southeast United States at BOXX Modular U.S., he manages a team of sales representatives across these regions, overseeing modular solutions for large-scale projects.
Throughout his career, Alex has successfully led sales teams, managed complex projects, and delivered tailored modular solutions to meet diverse client needs. His expertise spans project planning, execution, and customer-focused space solutions, making him a key leader in driving growth and innovation.
Christopher Brown
Regional Sales Manager, EC
With over 20 years of experience in the commercial modular building industry, Christopher Brown currently serves as a Regional Sales Manager at BOXX Modular. Since joining Vanguard Modular (now BOXX Modular) in 2004, Chris has led sales efforts and developed strong client relationships, driving growth and delivering tailored solutions across the East Central United States.
Chris brings a wealth of experience in sales and business development, focusing on major projects. He is known for his strategic approach to sales, delivering customer-centric solutions and fostering long-term partnerships. Chris currently manages a team of ten sales representatives across 18 states.
